日本政府は外国人を入管法70条「資格外活動による違法な労働」で処罰しています。
外国人を違法に雇用した雇用者を入管法７３－２条で処罰しません。
これは外国人を差別した国際法違反です。
したがって外国人は無罪です。雇用するものがいなければ、外国人は働くことはできません！

日本政府は現在も、日本人だけでなく世界の人々に対して「人権侵害」を与えています。
私の事件や「フィリピン大使館での事件」では、
外国人の「違法な労働」とは関係ないことで理由で「処罰」されました。
外国人が東京入管に提出した書類は入管法22-4-4条「虚偽の書類提出による在留資格の取消処分」に該当する。
私たちは、それを「援助」した理由で「犯罪人」にされました。
私や「外交官」は法律では「処罰」がありません。
しかし「刑法」の「他の犯罪を支援する罪」が「適用」されました。
これは「彼らの個人的な法律」です。
日本の司法は「クレイジー」です。
検察官や警察官は言うのです。
「お前は一般論で犯罪を認めるべきだ」
北朝鮮でも、政府は一般論で人々を「犯罪者」にはしません。
日本の司法は世界最低です。
