人が一般論で「犯罪人」にされる国は「日本以外」にはないと思います。
2010年に発生した事件です。
１．中国人4人が飲食店で働いた。
それで「入管法70条「不法な労働の罪」（資格外の活動）」で「処罰」され、た。
２．「私たち」が「内容が虚偽の雇用の契約書類」を、その4人に渡した理由で「処罰」され、た。
それは、入管法24-4-4条違反に対する「支援」です。
しかし、「適用法」は入管法70条「資格外の活動の罪」に対する、「刑法」の「Assistance crime」です。
「私たち」とは、私およびKinGungakです。
2014年、2015年に発生した事件。
「フィリッピン大使館」に関係する運転手らが「造園店」で働いて「処罰」された。
運転手らは入管法違反の「不法な労働の罪」（資格外活動）です。
「大使館職員」や「フィリッピン国外交官」は、
「不法な労働の罪」に対する「刑法」の「Assistance crime」で「処罰」された。
理由は、「大使館職員」や「フィリッピン国外交官」が運転手らに
「内容が虚偽の雇用契約書類」を渡したことです。
この事件は、2010年に発生した私の事件とまったく同じですから、記載します。
日本政府が「法律に反する行為」や「国際法に反する行為」を日常的に行っていることの「証拠」です。
