刑法１９４条「特別公務員が職権を濫用した罪」に「該当」する。
「特別公務員が職権を濫用した罪」は「犯罪の構成する要件」として「故意」を必要としません。

２．警察官らは、平成２２年６月１５日前頃、持っている職権を不法に乱用した。
法律に照らして「誰も」が、私が「犯罪」をしたとは「推測」できない。
そして犯罪行為を行っていないにもかかわらず、「Merit」を得たい警察官は、
「不法に労働」した中国人を「通常の逮捕」と異なる「理由」で逮捕した。
警察官は「中国人」を「入管法違反（資格外に活動）」で、

逮捕の理由は、中国人が提出した入管法22-4-4違反に対して、
その書類を渡したことです。罪になりません。
警察官らの行為は、刑法１７２条「「虚偽の告訴」をした罪」に「該当」します。

検察官は、「勾留状」を不法に取得した。
そして検察官は、「職務の権限」を「abuse」したのだった。
検察官は、内容が嘘偽の不法な「勾留状」で、
私の「Freedom of decision making」を奪った。
検察官は、「私に何の義務」もない「不法な逮捕・監禁」を行なって「取調べ」を行った。
よって、検察官らの行為は、刑法１９４条「特別公務員が職権を濫用した罪」に「該当」する。
