拝啓、私は日本人です。日常的に、国際法違反による「人道上の犯罪』が行われています。
なぜ、日本政府の国際法違反は、なぜ許されるのでしょうか？
前日の続きです。
共犯とされた、KinGungakuは、私と同じ刑罰でしたが、彼は罪を認めたので、
実刑でなく、「執行猶予」となり、２０１０年１０月末、中国へ強制送還された。
中国人4人は、２０１０年８月ころまでには、懲役１年半及び罰金刑となりましたが、
「執行猶予」で中国に強制送還されています。
私および中国人４人やKinGungakuは、
日本国憲法の第１４条（法の下の平等）第1項、
「すべて国民は、法の下に平等であって、人種、信条、性別、社会的身分又は「門地Lineage」により、
政治的、経済的又は社会的関係において、差別されない。」、
そして、日本国憲法の３１条、
「何人も、法律の定める手続によらなければ、その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、
又はその他の刑罰を科せられない」。
「法律の定める手続」とは国会で立法された法律を言います。
私たち、を、「一般的な理論」によって、犯罪者にすること、は許されない！
私たち、を、「国家の権力」によって、犯罪者にさせること、は許されない！
