拝啓、私は日本人です。
日本に「法の論理」や国際法を教えるのは、誰の役目でしょうか？
世界の警察官の役目だろうと思います。
前日の続きです。
日本の司法制度では、「再審請求制度」がありますが、「適用法の誤り」の理由では、請求できない。
しかし、事件にかかわった警察官などの犯罪が確定すると、再審請求ができます。
警察官や検察官、裁判官の犯罪は明らかです。その罪は、
彼らは、法律に違反していない私達を「逮捕・監禁」したので、
刑法の「特別公務員による職権の乱用の罪」です。
最高裁の「判例」では、この犯罪に「故意」は必要としない。
何ら罪にならないのに、虚偽の理由で、刑罰を科す目的で、「起訴」をしたので、

事実として私は「懲役刑」を受けました。
私は、私に対するものは「告訴状Complaint」として、
中国人やフィリッピン人に対するものは「告発状Accusation letter」として、
東京地方検察庁や「警視庁」などに提出しました。
私が何度、提出しても、「犯罪が明らかでない」として、彼らは受理しません。
日本は、検察官に「起訴の独占権」を与えていますので、
検察が「告訴状Complaint」「告発状Accusation letter」を受理しない限り、
刑事事件として裁判ができません。
彼らは、「仲間」が殺人をしても、「告訴状Complaint」「告発状Accusation letter」を、
受理しません。「検察の犯罪は無罪」です。
北朝鮮の金正恩（キムジョウウン）委員長が笑うはずです。
これは「法の下での統治」ではありません。
