拝啓、私は日本人です。日本に「法の論理」や国際法を教えるのは、誰の役目でしょうか？
世界の警察官の役目だろうと思います。
前週の続きです。
私は、２０１１年4月に、東京地方裁判所で、懲役1年半の「実刑」、
および「罰金１００万円」となった。
東京高等裁判所に控訴するが２０１１年１０月に棄却された。
最高裁判所に上告しますが、２０１２年２月棄却された。
これで「刑が確定」となった。
「Rejection」の理由は「適用法誤りによる「上告」は
「刑事訴訟法」により「審議」の対象外である」。
そして、私は２０１２年３月「収監」された。
そして、２０１３年３月に、刑務所から解放された。
共犯とされた、KinGungaku（金軍学）は、罪を認めたので、
実刑でなく、執行猶予となり、２０１０年１０月末、中国へ強制送還された。
中国人4人は、２０１０年８月ころまでには、「１年半の懲役」及び罰金刑となりましたが、
「執行猶予」で中国に「強制送還」された。
中国人４人は、日本国憲法の第１４条（法の下の平等）第1項、
「すべて国民は、法の下に平等であって、人種、信条、性別、社会的身分又は門地により、
政治的、経済的又は社会的関係において、差別されない。」
これは国際法でも規定されています。
そして、私およびKinGungakuは、日本国憲法の３１条、
「何人も、法律の定める手続によらなければ、その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、
又はその他の刑罰を科せられない。」 に照らして、
何の違反もしていません（後述）。

国際社会の皆さん、日本は「”神風”特攻隊」の国です。
世界の皆さん、日本を「法の法の下で統治」される国にして下さい。
日本政府は、謝罪と私たちの名誉の回復し、そして損賠賠償を早急に行う義務があります。
しかし日本政府は、今日も、この事件をrejectしています。
命には限りがあります。私を助けてください。

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese. Who is the role of teaching "logic of law"
and international law to Japan?
I think that it would be the role of a police officer in the world.
It is the continuation of the previous week.
In April 2011, in the Tokyo District Court, I was imprisoned for 1 year
and a half "prison" and "fine 1 million yen".
Appealed to the Tokyo High Court but was rejected in October 2011.
I appealed to the Supreme Court, but it was rejected in February 2012.
The "punishment is finalized" with this.
The reason for "Rejection" is that "Appeal" due to misappropriation
of applicable law is not subject to "deliberation" by the "Criminal Procedure Law".
And I was "imprisoned" in March 2012.
And in March 2013, it was released from prison.
As an accomplice, KinGungaku (Gold Military University) acknowledged the crime,
It was sentenced to deportation to China as of the end of October 2010,
with not being a sentence but execution suspension.
Four Chinese, by the time of August 2010, were sentenced to "imprisonment
for a year and a half" and a fine,
but they were "forcibly repatriated" to China in "suspended execution".
In case
Four Chinese are saying that Article 14 of the Constitution of Japan
(Equality under the Law) paragraph 1,
"All citizens are equal under the law and are race, creed, gender, social status,
We are not discriminated against in political,
economic or social relations. "This is also prescribed by international law.
And I and Kin Gungaku pointed out that Article 31 of the Constitution of Japan,
"no one can be deprived of its life or freedom unless it is made by the law,
and can not impose any other punishment"
I do not violate anything (see below).
I will continue on tomorrow.
Everyone in the international community,
Japan is a country of "Kamikaze" special corps.
Everyone in the world, please make Japan Japan "governed under the law of the law".
The Japanese government has an obligation to apologize and restore our honor
and to pay damages promptly.
But the Japanese government is rejecting this case today.
There is a limit to life. Please help me.
