私は政治家ではないので国際社会に「警察官らの犯罪」を訴えています。
中国政府やフィリッピン政府はなぜ自国民を日本政府から守らないのか？
日本政府のハニートラップに引っかかっているようだ。
拝啓、私は日本人です。国際社会は、日本政府のハニートラップに引っかかっているようだ。
在留資格の付与条件は法律で規定されていない。
「法務大臣」の裁量（非公開）で付与するもので、
私達が、「法務大臣」の「裁量」を決定したとは言えない。
警察官や検察官らは虚偽の書類提出は本国へ送還の行政処分であることも知っている。
私達を逮捕した理由は「在留資格取消」の幇助理由であることも承知している。
入管法事件を扱う警察官や検察官の「職権濫用」の行為は明らかに「故意」である。
さらに、逮捕され（平成２２年６月１４日）後、起訴される月の平成２２年７月１日より施行された、
入管法改正では、「在留資格取消」の条項に追加された。
外国人が他の外国人に対し「嘘偽の書類」の堤出を幇助した外国人は、
「本国へ送還」とする条項が追加され施行されたことでもわかる。
入管法の嘘偽の書類堤出の幇助が刑事処分の対象でないことは明白であり、
入管法事件を扱う警察官や検察官らの「職権濫用」の犯罪の意思は、意図的であると言えるのです。
「不法な労働」に対して入管法は、「法の下の平等」及び「国際法」に違反しないようにしている。
入管法違反（不法な労働）では、不法に労働した外国人は「不法に労働した罪」とする。
そして外国人を不法に働かせた雇用者には「不法な労働を助長した罪」を科す。
法律は両者を平等に刑事処分する。
「不法な労働の罪」の幇助罪に「不法な労働を助長した罪」以外を適用することが相当でないことを、
事件を扱う司法警察官は当然、熟知していた。
「不法な労働の罪」に対して、入管法22-4条4「在留資格の取消」の幇助理由を述べている。
しかしこれは「不法な労働の罪」を幇助した理由とは言えない。
恣意的に連結することは故意であると言える。

世界の皆さん、日本を法の下で統治される国しにて下さい。
２０１０年の入管法違反事件の誤りを正さないから、こうした違法な行為が日々、発生しているのです。
検察官らは外国人の「不法な労働」に対して、恣意的に、二つの基準をしています。
１．「オーバーステイ」などの外国人は「不法な労働をした罪」で「刑事処分」をせず、
入管法の規定で「国外へ強制退去」をさせる。
２．「合法的に滞在」している者は「不法な労働をした罪」で「刑事処分」を行う。
彼らは犯罪者になります。そして、彼らは「犯罪者」として強制的に国外へ追放する。
同じ「不法な労働」です。これは「不公平」な「処分」です。
国際社会の皆さん、日本の状況を危惧してください。
日本政府は、謝罪と私たちの名誉の回復し、そして損賠賠償を早急に行う義務がありあす。
しかし日本政府は、今日もこの事件を握り潰しています。
命には限りがあります。私を助けてください。

2018-08-10: President Donald Trump is challenging the rule of law.
Since I am not a politician, I am complaining to the international community "crimes
of police officials and others".
Why does the Chinese government and the Philippine government do not protect their people

with the Immigration Act is clearly "intentional".
Furthermore, after the arrest (June 14, 2010),
it was added to the provision of "Cancellation of Status of Residence"
in the revised Immigration Control Law which came into effect on July 1,
2010 in the month charged.
Foreigners who helped foreigners to submit 'false documents' to other foreigners can also be seen
by the fact that the provision of 'returning to home country' was added and enforced.
It is clear that false document of lie of immigration law assistance
of submission is not subject to criminal disposition,
The intent of crime of "abuse of official abilities"
by police officers and prosecutors dealing with the Immigration Act is intentional.

In response to "illegal work of labor",

in Article 22-4, "Revocation of status of residence" of Immigration Control Act.

The Japanese government has an obligation to apologize
and restore our honor and to compensate damages as soon as possible.
However, the Japanese government has also crushed this case today.
