中国政府やフィリッピン政府はなぜ自国民を日本政府から守らないのか？

２０１４年、２０１５年に発生したフィリッピン大使館に関係する「入管法違反事件」です。
フィリッピン人の運転手が在留資格外の活動をした罪で懲役刑（執行猶予）を受け、
国外に強制退去されました。
また、フィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官は、
フィリッピン人の運転手に、入管法２２の４条の４項（虚偽の書類の提出による在留資格の取消）で、
その行為を幇助をした罪で、幇助罪が適用されて、彼らは懲役刑（執行猶予）を受けました。
これは、犯罪ではない。これは国外へ強制退去の行政処分です。
検察官らは、フィリッピン政府の無能を馬鹿にしてくださいいるのです。

警察官や検察官らの国際ルールを侮辱する、悪質な職権濫用により、
フィリピン人４名、そして外交官や職員は、肉体的苦痛や精神的苦痛、社会的信用を失いました。
逮捕、監禁そして裁判により、
彼らは日本から、犯罪者として強制退去をさせられ、
すべての信用や生活の基盤などを失うことになったのです。
フィリピン人４名そして外交官や職員の受けた「懲役刑」は、
フィリピン国での人生に、大きな負担になります。
早急に、検察は彼らに名誉の回復と賠償をすべきです。
２０１０年の入管法違反事件の誤りを正さないから、こうした違法な行為が日々、発生しているのです。
検察官らは外国人の「不法な労働」に対して、恣意的に、二つの基準をしています。
１．「オーバーステイ」などの外国人は「不法な労働をした罪」で「刑事処分」をせず、
入管法の規定で「国外へ強制退去」をさせる。
２．「合法的に滞在」している者は「不法な労働をした罪」で「刑事処分」を行う。
彼らは犯罪者になります。そして、彼らは「犯罪者」として強制的に国外へ追放する。
同じ「不法な労働」です。これは「不公平」な「処分」です。
国際社会の皆さん、日本の状況を危惧してください。
日本政府は、謝罪と私たちの名誉の回復し、そして損賠賠償を早急に行う義務がありあす。
