73条の2（不法就労を助長する罪）の各号です。
１）事業活動に関し、外国人に不法就労活動をさせた者
２）外国人に不法就労活動をさせるためにこれを自己の支配下に置いた者
３）業として、外国人に不法就労活動をさせる行為又は前号の行為に関しあつせんした者
２前項各号に該当する行為をした者は、
次の各号のいずれかに該当することを知らないことを理由として、
同項の規定による処罰を免れることができない。
ただし、過失のないときは、この限りでない。
上記の２は面白いでしょう。２０１０年７月から施行されました。
雇用者の言訳を認めない条項にしたのです。
それでも、警察官や検察官らは雇用者を処罰しないのです。
アメリカの聖域都市の警察官と同じです。

各国政府は日本政府より人権侵害を受けた自国民の救済を日本政府に求めるべきです。
移民や難民を新たに受け入れるよりも、自国民の救済を優先すべきです。
