On Thursday, I was proud to sign an Executive Order establishing the President’s National Council for the American Worker. With unemployment rates reaching record lows, America’s labor force is stronger than ever. To help build on this success, my Administration is pledging to deliver on its promise to prioritize, expand, and improve workforce training so that all Americans have the chance to move into better jobs and earn bigger paychecks.

報道によると、欧州連合（EU）首脳会議で、移民政策で一応の合意を得た。
主な合意事項は、移民が最初に到着する有志の国々に移民収容センターを設置し、
不法移民と難民資格のある人を分類し、後者をEU諸国に配分する。
そして北アフリカなどEU外に「出航プラットフォーム」を作ること。
だが、モロッコ、チュニジア、アルバニアなどは自国への設置に反対を表明。
最初の到着国での難民申請を義務付けたダブリン規約の見直しは棚上げ。
イタリアは収容センターを設置しないとしており、今回の合意の実施は不透明という見方が多い。


私は、結局、何が決まったのだろうと思う。何も決まってはいない。
各国の国民は受け入れを許さない。経済難民を排除しようということは理解できる。
私は、受入されない難民が、欧州の心変わりは理不尽だと思い「テロ」化することが怖い。
難民に責任はない。生まれた所が悪かったのだ。
少しだけ欧州の人と同じような生活がしたいと思って行動したのだ。
私は、難民の気持ちを思うと経済難民を受け入れてあげたい。


第二次世界大戦に無条件降伏した日本人は、今欧州を目指す難民と同じ境遇だったと思う。
幸い、連合軍は日本を自由と民主の国に変え、そして仕事と食料や教育を与えた。
日本人は敗戦を喜んだ。
そして自由と民主主義に感謝した。そして一生懸命に働いた。
そして日本は欧州と同じような豊かな国になった。

欧州を目指す難民にも、同じことをしてあげたい。
そのためには、彼らを受け入れる地域が必要だ。
「移民収容センター」を国連の統治地域として
受入て日本と同じように地域（国）づくりをさせてあげたい。


日本は戦前の思想に回帰しています。日本は国際法を無視しています。
